Even if you call to view one of our listings - we want you to see a few other homes, too. If our listing is the right home for you, we want you to be comfortable in your decision to purchase. You’ll never be rushed to buy, nor will you ever have to deal with a Seller’s Agent - we guarantee it!
We’ll discuss our flexible plans that allow you to customize your relationship with us. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Some of our plans involve client rewards that can give you thousands of dollars in cash back after closing. Up to $4000 or more on a $300K home! Or you can use your rewards at closing to pay closing costs, fund your escrow account, or buy down your interest rate!
All of our plans include our full-service representation of your interests only. You will never be asked to permit us to represent a Seller through Dual Agency, as we forbid it. Period.
